This Privacy Policy describes how BinarybeeHive ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of Scriptly (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

BinarybeeHive is committed to a privacy-first philosophy. The core principle of Scriptly is to minimize data collection, process sensitive audio information locally on your device using in-app AI, and give you full transparency and control over your account information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

To manage your account, support secure logins, and facilitate in-app purchases, the Application collects the following information during the signup and login process:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information to ensure stability and improve performance:

• Crash Reports: Anonymized crash logs to help diagnose errors. These do not include audio, transcripts, or personal content.
• App Version & OS Version: Basic device metadata to ensure compatibility.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect, save, store, or transmit your core application data:

• Raw audio recordings or voice samples: We do not save or host your voice data.
• Transcripts, notes, or AI-generated content: Text converted from your voice is not saved on our servers.

3. In-App AI Processing

The real-time audio processing happens entirely in memory to generate your text notes. Once the transcription is complete and the text is generated on your screen, the audio data is immediately discarded.

Your voice recordings and transcripts are never used to train machine learning models and are never sold to third parties.

4. Microphone Permission

Scriptly requests access to your device's microphone for the following exclusive purpose:

• Real-time transcription: Capturing audio for immediate speech-to-text conversion.

Your microphone is never activated in the background without your explicit initiation. Audio capture only begins when you actively start a transcription session within the Application. The raw audio stream is processed in real-time and is immediately discarded from memory — it is never written to a log file or transmitted to our servers for storage.

5. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Scriptly offers In-App Purchases to unlock premium features. All payment processing, subscription management, and financial transactions are securely handled directly by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

BinarybeeHive does not collect, process, or store your credit card details or billing information.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with the following third-party services to function. Each service's own privacy policy governs their data practices:

• Google Play / Apple App Store — For securely processing In-App Purchases.
• Google LLC — We utilize in-app Google AI frameworks to power our speech-to-text transcription. Google Privacy Policy

All third-party SDKs used in this Application are configured to collect the absolute minimum required data. We do not share personally identifiable information with any advertising network.

7. Data Retention

Account Data: Your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number are retained securely only for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time within the app or by contacting rajendrarajaramv@gmail.com. Upon deletion, this data is permanently purged.

Audio & Transcripts: As stated, we have a strict zero-retention policy for audio and generated notes. They are not saved on our servers.

Analytics: Anonymized crash reports retained on our analytics platforms are deleted automatically in accordance with standard platform data retention policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Scriptly is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at rajendrarajaramv@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

9. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

9.1 For European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal account data:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the account information we collect (Name, Email, Phone) against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• All network communications use TLS 1.2 or higher encryption.
• We follow the principle of least privilege — the Application only requests the permissions it strictly needs (such as the Microphone).

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
• Display an in-app notification or prompt you to review the updated policy on your next launch.
